I generally wear a 29 in these pants in the regular cut. I felt like the sizes had gotten a bit larger over the last 2yrs or so (used to purchase/wear a size 30 3yrs and before that) and the "Short" being a perfect inseam I thought I'd give these a shot. The seat feels a little tighter than I expected but, know they do sort of stretch over time and after being worn, inseam, thigh, and bottom opening fit perfect. The 29 probably would have been a better fit out of the gate but, fit well enough that I'm keeping them. Absolutely the most comfortable jean I've ever owned...and sad to see them go (same fit still available but, color with this style fit is discontinued) so, glad I found a few pair before they became extinct.
